As a seg, If you want to get to lvl 59, You should get a lvl 24 weapon, Your restat and reskill only upgrade blood hit, Curse field, evil crow, and the two new ones, and in heal only upgrade hyper heal, fast heal, res and the group buffs, You have no hp because of it is not too high and you hit 500s because of it is not too low, You should use +4% or higher curse dmg's in your weapons.
The segs have 4 types of builds:

2) The glass cannon
3) The tank
4) The Assassin
2. As a Mage, You should either go lightning/ice or fire/ice, If you want to get to level 92, Because of you have the last spells for ice/fire/lightning, If you want to kick some behind you need and with mages, You should go level requirement and rest on heal.
